Transcript Maker is a premium transcript generation app that makes the process of creating a professional high school transcript easier for homeschool parents and private school administrators.

While we strive to satisfy the needs of all users, we understand that in certain situations this may not be possible. We do offer refunds, subject to the following limitations:

  1. If the app doesn’t work as you need it to, we will issue a refund after receiving an explanation from you detailing what did not work for you.
  2. All refunds are issued at our discretion. We have the right to decline to issue a refund based on the information we have available to us.

Note that our app is NOT intended for individuals to generate their own high school or college transcript. Transcripts need to be certified by the issuer (a homeschool parent or private school administrator) and an individual cannot certify his or her own transcript. If you have misplaced your high school or college transcript, you need to contact that institution to obtain a transcript.

Our app is NOT intended to be used to generate a fake transcript or falsify information on an existing transcript. Refunds will not be issued to customers who are trying to do this.
